When compared to standard wet paint, powder coating is a much simpler process of product finishing, one that is much more forgiving especially in mass production environments. Once plant is installed, automated and optimised it offers ongoing cost savings with a superior finish quality. With decades of experience in the design of powder coat plant, systems and workflows for the effective and efficient application of powder coated finishes, our team are here to propose a solution to maximise your production and lower manufacturing costs. Utilising our core product range and expanded with automated systems, we design and supply bespoke powder coating solutions based on your unique requirements.

Typically installed as part of the full package for spray booth and curing oven customers, our drying and spray bake rooms are ventilated areas for the curing of product, post paint and powder finishing. Drying rooms are commonly installed with direct access to spraying areas, and close to ovens, designed and manufactured in the same modular fashion as our other core products. Available as an unheated room, or temperature controlled with a heated air replacement unit to accelerate drying, our rooms are designed and engineered with built in extraction, correctly sized to remove humid air. Spray bake rooms are also available as a multi-purpose space for preparation, spraying and curing in one room.

Renowned through the process and product finishing industry, our industrial curing and stoving ovens can be manufactured to any size and tailored to your exact requirements, working to and meeting the specifications of your paint or manufacturing process. As standard, our box and tunnel ovens are designed with air input ducting down a single wall, but larger ovens or those requiring a more accurate temperature profiling have ducting down two or three side, depending on the specifications desired and the process requirements. Furthermore, we can also supply and install data recording equipment to monitor internal conditions, as well as additional doors, differing heat sources and temperatures.

To that end, all of our systems and solutions can be delivered flat pack for assembly at a later stage, or fully installed and integrated by our experienced designers and engineers.
