No customer ever wants to shut down there operation and then have to wait and hope the engineer turns up only to be let down at the last minute, then tell you they haven't got the parts...... or actually makes things worse than before they started!
Our simple aim is to prevent this from happening.
This is why we train our Service & Engineering Team to the Highest Levels of both Technical Knowledge and Customer Interaction.
Servicing shouldn't be a pain that's why we have our 6 Point Service Plan:
We know that sometimes it's simply not possible to cover every issue found at one visit. We certainly wouldn't make such a bold claim. But with our 6 Point Service Plan we have found that 90% of all Customers only need a single visit.
Minimum Service Charge: 4 Hours - this includes any certification that may be required to be sent out following the Engineers visit.
Each visit also incurs a mileage charge from our base in Manchester.

Payable in advance for customers without a Credit Account.
