Complying with all current safety legislation, our dry filter spray booths are designed to remove fumes from the spraying environment by drawing airflow through paper filters. This corrugated filter media is used industry wide and is a low cost way of ensuring your spraying is carried out within the regulations. Manufactured and supplied in a vast range of modular sizes, starting at just over a metre wide and deep, every booth comes complete with LED lighting as standard and is available for self-assembly or fully installed. A simple start and stop control is supplied ready to be wired into your supply.
Water backed spray booths are designed to remove more concentrated levels of toxic fumes, popular when powder coating. They are the lowest cost entry point into the powder coating world whilst still maintaining full compliance with regulations, and the only style of spray booth on the market that can fully comply when spraying either wet or powder paints. The three stage water filtration system ensures 99% of all paint particulate is filtered out of the air. The captured over spray settles to the bottom of the tank which is then periodically emptied, usually by a local environmental waste company.
Whether the booth you choose is a simple open fronted type or a fully enclosed room, the extraction system remains the same, specifically developed and chosen to suit the size. Whilst bespoke in nature, all our spray booths and rooms are built from the same modular building block metal panel work, making the installation simple and the specification and sizing highly flexible. They are easy to modify or extend, and can also move with you as your business expands. All enclosed booths are available as pressurised units and can also be heated.
A very popular layout is to combine an enclosed spray booth with an oven, using either a dry or water backed filtration system. When combined with a curing oven this layout ensures that any possible airborne contaminants are filtered out, ensuring a perfect, blemish free finish every time. You can also add a manually operated overhead conveyor, taking away all the manual handling issues that are present when moving a product that is potentially 200 degrees. With loads on a single hanger of up to 800kg, the system can be adapted to suit any requirement.
The corrugated filter media used in our dry filter spray booths is used industry-wide and is a low cost way of ensuring your spraying is carried out within the regulations. Several variations of these filters are available, but the standard filter suits the vast majority of spraying activities. With the use of the optional manometer, it is simple to ensure filters are replaced as and when required. The replacement filters can be replaced by the sprayer and even a large booth only takes ten minutes or so to change. The waste filter can be disposed of with your normal waste.
For water backed spray booths, the three stage water filtration system ensures that 99% of all paint particulate is filtered out of the air and into the water. The captured over spray settles to the bottom of the tank and periodically the tank is emptied, usually by a local environmental waste company. This waste removal can be anything from once a year to three or four times a year depending on its use. Water backed spray booths are the only style of spray booth on the market that can fully comply when spraying either wet or powder paint.
